About

The Social Ratio is created to walk alongside you while you use your current strengths and network to explore better ways of coping and dealing with life challenges, mental illness, health and wellbeing, maintaining relationships, building new connections, and becoming more engaged in your community and interests.

Everyone is unique and so the ratio of support varies according to your personal goals and needs. This means it’s person-centred support and you’re in charge of the decisions that impact your life—
your recovery, your journey, it’s your choice.

Hello, I'm Kaylene!

Life can be hard, lonely, unproductive and difficult at times to manage if you don’t have the skills or know where and how to look for ways to minimise concerns and maximise positive powerful change.

After all, you don’t know what you don’t know.

My passion is to discover creative ways to work with you and, where necessary, your network of supports to make positive noticeable differences… while enjoying a laugh along the way!

For over 20 years I have worked with people who have mental illness, drug and alcohol dependency, disability and in the justice system. I hold a firm belief that everyone has the right to empathic ethical services with empowering experiences and knowledge to live your best life.

That’s why it’s important to me when we work together that you will be seen, be heard and be supported!
